三氧化二镍改性活性焦的脱硫性能及机理

以烟煤为原料、Ni2O3为添加剂共混制备了改性活性焦,研究了Ni2O3不同负载量对改型活性焦脱硫性能的影响,当Ni2O3添加量为12%时,穿透硫容和时间达到最大值,分别为142.77 mg/g和29.5 h,与未改性活性焦相比,穿透硫容增加44.7%,穿透时间延长12.83 h.对改性活性焦进行了BET、FTIR、XRD和XPS分析,表明Ni2O3改性活性焦以微孔为主,表面存在醇、羧酸、酚或醚类官能团.改性活性焦的脱硫机制包括:Ni在活性焦表面形成一种活性中间体Ni-C,在H2O和O2存在条件下,氧化SO2生成硫酸或者硫酸盐;吸附态的SO2与低价态的金属氧化物NiO接触反应生成硫酸盐.
